- Cancellation up to 7 days before the planned arrival: free of charge*
- For cancellations between 6 and 13 days before the planned arrival, we charge 30% of the booking price.
- For cancellations from 3 days before the arrival, 80% of the booking price will be charged.
- In the event of early departure or no-show, 100% of the booking price will be charged.
*For the periods 18.07. – 30.09. and 26.12. – 17.01., cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. For cancellations within this period between 13 and 17 days before arrival, 30% of the booking price will be charged.
