Advent season in South Tyrol

When the temperatures are falling and maybe the first snow falls, the contemplative Advent season begins in Val Venosta. Here the festive Christmas markets have a long tradition and since Silandro is centrally located, you can easily discover many Christmas markets.

From the end of November one of the largest and most romantic Christmas market will take place in the spa town of Merano. Stroll past the festively decorated stalls on the promenade and enjoy typical products and specialties of the Advent season.
